How to participate in Amata fairs?
Only artisans who live and work in Spain can participate in Amata fairs, and they can only sell products they have made themselves. We do not allow resale, assembly (products that are made by cutting and gluing/joining bought items), or pieces produced with the aid of a 3D printer or cut with a laser saw (even if they are our own designs).
In short: we are looking for artisans who work on a product by hand from raw material to final product.
Please read the information about the rules we apply on this page.
To admit you to our fairs, we need to get to know you and your work. Therefore, you must fill out and send us the form below, upload photos of your pieces, the manufacturing process, your stall set up with your work (so we can see the display), and (for themed fairs) of your clothing.
Once we have reviewed your photos and approved your material, we will save your information in our data base and notify you about the fairs we organize in your area.
When a fair is confirmed, we publish it in "Upcoming Events." We also send notices and invitations to artisans who live near the town. These notices are non-binding: neither the artisan is obliged to participate, nor is Amata obliged to admit them. We generally send two or three times as many invitations as there are available spaces, and the notice includes a deadline for returning the application if you're interested in participating.
To guarantee maximum variety and the best sales conditions at each craft fair, we ensure that similar materials and/or products are not repeated. When we receive too many requests for the same or similar materials, we apply a rotation system.
